We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solofold purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying, as it applies to all digital products sold through solofold.com and associated platforms.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. However, for digital content (such as downloadable spreadsheet templates), your cancellation right is lost once the download begins, provided you have given your prior consent to this.
By completing your purchase and downloading the product files, you acknowledge that you have consented to the immediate delivery of digital content and that you lose your right to cancel once the download has started.
We will consider a full refund if:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@solofold.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We cannot offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Before requesting a refund, please contact us at hello@solofold.com. Many issues can be resolved quickly — a formula not calculating, a dropdown not appearing, or a file not opening correctly. We respond within 2 working days and genuinely want to help you get value from your purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days and returned to the original payment method. You will be asked to confirm deletion of all downloaded files, though we understand this cannot be technically enforced for digital products.
